Albahhah Agreement

In order to ensure the rights of all parties involved, Albahhah Company has established the following conditions that the client should carefully review before engaging in any business with the company. These conditions constitute a legally binding contract between both parties (Albahhah Digital Services and Information Technology Company and the customer upon registration for any of our services). Please read this agreement in its entirety and adhere to its contents.

The Albahhah agreement is divided into the following main sections (please select the section for the terms you wish to view):

Design Conditions

  1. The design work shall adhere to customs, traditions, and moral standards. It should not infringe upon any divine religions, political entities, parties, or sects, nor should it contain material harmful to individuals or groups.
  2. The design team will commence work only after confirming receipt of full payment in one of Albahhah’s accounts.
  3. When agreeing on a specific design, the client must clearly communicate the desired design by sending a text email to the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com) or by using the application form on the service request page.
  4. The client has the right to provide images, information, or text that they wish to be incorporated into the design as attached files, as long as they do not violate the terms stated in the previous clauses.
  5. Once the client and the company have reached a full agreement and payment has been received, the client cannot request any modifications or changes to the design, nor can they halt the process or seek a refund of the costs paid.
  6. If the client wishes to obtain the original design files, main fonts, or materials used in their design, they will need to purchase the full design rights. The cost of these rights will depend on the type of design and the specific files required.
  7. Each design created by Albahhah will include a miniature reference to the company’s rights placed at the bottom of the design, with a link leading to the company’s official website.
  8. If the client removes or deactivates the rights attribution of Albahhah Group, they will be given a single warning via email. If no response is received within a maximum period of 72 hours, legal action may be taken.

Technical Support Conditions

  1. Technical support services will not be provided to any website that violates customs, traditions, morals, or any site that harms any divine religions, political entities, parties, or sects, or contains material that harms individuals or groups.
  2. The client is required to make full payment for all technical support services before work can commence. The support period will begin only after it is confirmed that all payments have been received in one of the company’s accounts.
  3. Refunds for technical support payments are not permitted under any circumstances, even if the technical support staff has not initiated the requested work, or if the client has changed their mind, retracted their request, or canceled their opinion.
  4. Technical support requests should be submitted by the client through the form on the service request page or by sending a detailed email to the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com). The client should clearly explain their technical support needs or the problems they are facing.
  5. If the client wishes to communicate with the technical support staff via WhatsApp, they should send an email requesting direct communication, providing a clear explanation as to why it is necessary. The request should be sent at least 24 hours in advance. The technical support team will evaluate the request and the problem, and if a solution can be provided without using WhatsApp, a response will be sent via email with a solution or detailed answers to all questions, inquiries, or problems. If WhatsApp communication is necessary, the client will be notified of the approval and a specific time will be scheduled for the conversation.
  6. Albahhah is not obligated to disclose the details of the technical support provided or the specific methods used. The scope of the technical support is limited to the execution of the requested support tasks.
  7. The company is not obliged to provide or procure software or resources that are rare, unique, or available exclusively in other locations.

Translation Conditions

  1. Translation services will not be provided for any text that goes against customs, traditions, and morals, or that adversely affects any religious, political, or sectarian beliefs, or contains material harmful to individuals or groups.
  2. The client must specify the required language for translation by sending a text email to the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com) or through the order form on the Service Request page.
  3. Translation work will commence only after full payment is received and confirmed in one of Albahhah’s accounts.
  4. Once the client and the company have reached a full agreement, and payment has been received, no modification or change requests regarding the translation will be entertained, and no refund will be issued.

Presentations Conditions

  1. Presentation services will not be provided for any websites, ideas, products, or companies that violate customs, traditions, and morals, or harms any religious, political, or sectarian beliefs, or contain material harmful to individuals or groups.
  2. Presentation work will commence only after full payment is received and confirmed in one of Albahhah’s accounts.
  3. The client has the right to provide images, information, or text to be used in the presentation as attached files, as long as they comply with the terms stated in the agreement.
  4. Once the client and the company have reached a full agreement, and payment has been received, no modification or change requests regarding the presentation will be entertained, and no refund will be issued.

Hosting Conditions

  1. Hosting services will not be provided for any site that violates customs, traditions, and morals, or harms any religious, political, or sectarian beliefs, or contains material harmful to individuals or groups.
  2. The use of Albahhah hosting for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
    – Publishing material that violates public morals, including text, audio, or visual content, or linking sites to external platforms that contain such material.
    – Posting material that incites crime or linking sites to external platforms that contain such material.
    – Using hosted sites to engage in sabotage activities against other sites or distributing malicious files or viruses.
    – Sending spam or engaging in spammy practices.
    If a customer breaches any of the above terms, Albahhah reserves the right to cancel their subscription without prior notice.
  3. To book hosting from Albahhah Company, the customer should choose one of the plans offered by the company that suits their needs. They can visit the hosting offers page and request the desired plan by filling out the dedicated form on the service request page or by sending an email to the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com).
  4. When requesting a hosting reservation, the client must pay all the associated costs before the company proceeds with the reservation. Once the payment is confirmed in one of the company’s accounts, the necessary arrangements will be made promptly.
  5. The client is not entitled to claim a refund for any payments made concerning hosting, regardless of whether they have changed their mind, revoked their request, or canceled their opinion. This policy applies even if the reservation has not been made by the company’s employees.
  6. Regarding the renewal process, the customer will be notified as the end date of their hosting approaches and will be given a one-week period to make the payment and renew if desired. In case of default, Albahhah reserves the right to cancel the hosting, delete the site and files, and the company will not be held responsible for providing any backup copies of the site or its files after the expiration period.
  7. Albahhah is committed to providing technical support to subscribers through the service request page form or the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com).
  8. Albahhah is committed to providing periodic backups of the hosted sites, but it is not legally responsible in the event of any loss of files for the sites hosted by them.
  9. Albahhah is committed to providing a suitable environment for website operation on its hosting and is responsible for fixing any malfunctions or issues. However, its technical support does not cover software installed by the client on their hosting.
  10. The site administration must maintain the confidentiality of access data to the hosting space and must not provide access to control panels or server connections via FTP or any other means to untrusted parties or individuals. If the site management wishes to provide access data to any party, they do so at their own risk, and Albahhah Group will not be held responsible for any malfunctions, data breaches, or sabotage resulting from such actions.
  11. Albahhah Group communicates with customers through the email registered in their profile. Any communication received from this email will be considered from the original customer, and the company will provide all the required data accordingly. If another person or entity gains access to the customer’s email, the customer will bear sole responsibility for any consequences, and Albahhah Group will not be held liable for any damages that may arise.

Domains Conditions

  1. Albahhah does not provide domain registration for domains with political, sectarian, or racial meanings.
  2. Hosting technical support does not include performing any customer-wide operations on their behalf, as it is the sole responsibility of the domain owner.
  3. Technical support for hosting does not cover domain-related hosting issues if they pertain to a company other than Albahhah. In such cases, it becomes the responsibility of the hosting company associated with the domain.
  4. If a domain registered by Albahhah needs to be renewed, the client must initiate the renewal process well in advance of the domain’s expiry period.
  5. If the customer wishes to reserve a domain from Albahhah Company, they should select the desired domain name and request by filling out the dedicated form on the service request page or by sending a text email to the company’s email address (info@albahhah.com).
  6. When requesting a domain reservation, the client must pay all the associated costs before the company proceeds with the reservation. Once the payment is confirmed in one of the company’s accounts, all necessary arrangements will be made promptly.
  7. The client is not entitled to claim a refund for any payments made about domain reservations, regardless of whether they have changed their mind, revoked their request, or canceled their opinion. This policy applies even if the reservation has not been made by the company’s employees.

General Conditions

  1. Any design or software work produced is the client’s full ownership, and Albahhah Company may not dispose of any or all of it without the client’s consent.
  2. The first clause does not apply to acts that violate the company’s rights. In such cases, the client will be warned once via email, and if there is no response within a maximum period of 24 hours, legal action may be taken.
  3. The customer does not have the right to defame or harm Albahhah Group, its employees, or administrators. Instead, the customer has the right to complain to the relevant authorities. However, any attempt to defame or harm Albahhah Group grants the company the right to cancel the contract, cease services, and reject any further requests from the customer.
  4. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Albahhah Digital Services and Information Technology Company and the client. The client acknowledges that Albahhah reserves the right to change, modify, delete, or add to the content, terms, or conditions of this agreement at any time without any liability. The client assumes full responsibility for complying with the terms of the agreement as they may be updated from time to time.
